After gaining my Nursing Degree at Southampton University I went on to nurse for a number of years in this country before working and travelling around Australia. I returned in 2007 and passed my Level 2 diploma in counselling skills. It was during this time that I became involved with the fitness industry and decided that I wanted to share my enthusiasm and to help people whose aim was to become fitter.

I have always had a passion for fitness and nutrition but it was only when I started having personal training myself about 8 years ago that I really started to see the amazing effects this had on my body. I took part in classes and attended the gym 2-3 times per week, but the difference I saw in my body shape was life changing. I started to feel more confident in my work and more importantly in my own skin. I learnt to accept my body and that curves are sexy ladies!! I even entered a few sporting events such as half marathons and 10k runs which I never thought possible before.


I take my own training seriously and still have personal training once a week myself.

I continued to broaden my knowledge of nutrition and fitness by undertaking the Level 2 & 3 Certificate in Advanced Personal Training with Premier. I also undertook the Premier Exercise to Music course and have since been teaching various classes from aerobics, circuits and spin classes across Bournemouth and Ringwood.
I am available for personal training in your home, by the beach, park or at your local gym. My specialities include weight loss/gain, body toning, nutrition, strength and flexibility training, postural correction, kettlebell training, core strengthening and pre/post natal workout.



I have been training with becky for over a year and have enjoyed every session we do.
Not only do we have a laugh so it doesn’t feel like it’s a chore, every workout is different. She’s always coming up with new ways to challenge me and keep me on my toes!! I also attend the bootcamp sessions and take part in her aerobics classes which are just so much fun.
