My site has something for all levels of fitness and interest. So whether it's one to one training your looking for, group exercise classes/bootcamp, pre and post natal care or Gym Buggys, then you’ve already made a step in the right direction to the new you!
I believe in looking at and working with the person as a whole... Mind Body and Spirit.

I'll help you introduce positivity in your life and replace this with balance. Balance is a necessary part of our everyday life and is an essential ingredient from the start to the finish of the day.Balance will reduce stress and worry and bring a healthy advantage to your training regime.

A positive mind anticipates happiness, joy, health and a successful outcome of every situation and action.

I take my own training seriously and believe that many small changes in your lifestyle will get you closer to your goal. Anything is possible but it takes commitment to forge a balanced lifestyle.

Why have a personal trainer and what makes me different from other PT’s?

Some trainers in this industry just view you as another pay cheque. But I take pride in spending quality time with each client and ensure that every element of your physical and emotional health is nurtured by devising a training programme specific to you as an individual.

With my 10 years experience in the fitness industry as well as working as a Nurse and studying up to Level 2 in Counselling skills, I incorporate all this as well as my own life coaching skills to provide the highest standard of training for you.

Most importantly, I'm passionate about helping clients of all ability levels and backgrounds see the results they desire through proper training and nutrition. Whether you have never exercised before or you’ve trained for a while but still cant seem to shift those extra pounds then you're on the right track already just by reading this.

With motivational text messages and emails, all my clients receive around the clock communication and support to keep you focused on your continuing development.

What to do next?

I can help you, but of course you will need to meet me half way. It does take work and effort to change your body but I always like to be upfront and honest with my clients convincing them that it does take time and energy to change.
The fitness world and some trainers love to sell quick fixes, they are basically saying you practically don’t have to do anything and you’ll change overnight. I feel that people are tired of lies and can see through these quick fixes. Most people just want the truth. Im here to say that yes changing your body does take time and energy, but it’s doable and worth it!
I will be here every step of the way helping and guiding you so that you reach your goal.

Free Consultation

Before we begin your training, I will take you through an initial consultation. This comprehensive health check involves an analysis of your body composition - weight, body fat percentage, circumferential measurements, blood pressure and postural assessment.
This provides a bench mark for us to work from.

Your fitness assessment will be appropriate to your ability, exercise history and goals. Your progress will be monitored and emailed to you on a regular basis which helps keep you on track and seeing your results will further your motivation!

Personal Training should no longer be thought of as a luxury, but an essential ingredient in your new life. These days most people are working out or taking part in some form of physical exercise, but it takes more than 30 min in the gym to actually start making any changes!
I understand that for some people having a personal trainer is a luxury and I try to be as accommodating as possible by designing exercises that clients can also do at home as well as during our training sessions. This helps to reduce the cost whilst ensuring that you still manage to do the exercise you need to reach your goals.
